Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. This ensures your session or event is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for sessions. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session at the photographer’s discretion and subject to availability.

All photographs, images, videos, and content produced by Jenna Lynn Photography are the intellectual property of Jenna Lynn Photography and are protected by copyright laws. By booking our services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site or from photography sessions for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: To ensure the best possible results, clients are expected to cooperate during the session. Failure to follow direction or arriving late may impact results or result in additional fees.
